Return Policy

1. Product Categories & Return Rules Overview

2. Customized Products 

Returns: Not accepted.

Customized products  with logos, text, patterns, or custom sizes cannot be returned for personal reasons (change of mind, color preference, measurement variations, etc.) once production is confirmed.

Exceptions (within 24 hours of receipt, with unboxing video/photo):

I      Structural damage (cracked, deformed, severely stained) rendering the item unusable;

II     Customization errors (logo, text, color, or size clearly deviating from your final approved artwork).

If verified as our fault, we will redo the order at no cost or issue a full refund. Please double-check your custom requirements before ordering — once production is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Standard Products 

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

Return conditions:

I      Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories;

II     Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Return process:

I      Contact customer service for a return authorization and return address;

II     Ship the item back (return shipping at your cost);

III    Refund will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

The following are not considered quality issues:

I      Color variations due to monitor/lighting differences;

II     ±1–2cm measurement deviations from manual measuring;

III    Minor packaging scratches/dents from transit (not affecting product function).

Return shipping for non-quality-related returns is at the buyer's expense. If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. General Terms (Both Categories)

I      Unauthorized returns will be refused.

II     Unjustified refusal of delivery may result in deduction of return shipping costs.

III    Gifts and accessories must be returned together with the main item.

IV    Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

V     Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return).

5. Cancellation Policy (All Products)

I      Standard products: Cancel within 1 hours of placing your order.

II     Customized products: No cancellation once production is confirmed.
