Shipping policy

We offer complimentary sea freight shipping as our standard service. For sea freight, the estimated transit time to your destination is approximately 25 to 30 days after production completion. For customers with urgent delivery requirements, we are also pleased to arrange expedited air freight services upon request, with an estimated transit time of 10 to 15 days after production completion.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. If you refuse to pay the customs fees or fail to provide the necessary documents for clearance, causing the package to be returned to us, we won't refund or resend.
